Salsa was a style of dance that originated from the Caribbean and immigrant communities in the US amongst Spanish speaking people.

The main Salsa dance move is a simple sequence of steps to a four beat rhythm which looks very much like stepping back and forth. This is the most basic of steps however and you will get to see more flourishes and turns in your lesson! The beauty of Salsa for a hen weekend is its simplicity and ease with which you can pick up the steps to form a fun dance routine.
