Paris gets horse-driven carriages



They're common sights in many big cities, from New York to Rome, but horse-drawn carriages have not been a mode of transport in the City of Lights for decades... until now.

To the delight of tourists and romantics, the "caleches" are back, clip-clopping alongside the Eiffel Tower.

I can't think of a more wonder way to see Paris, especially at night.

Plus, if the horse doesn't do a good job they will eat him (the French love horsemeat).
