Suburbs in Cuba tend be rather grim environments. Dilapidated housing complexes, poverty, and police escorts for public transport are the norm. One man, however has dedicated his retirement to decorating a pocket of his own neighbourhood in very imaginative and often witty ways. His chosen medium? Other people's rubbish.
